XVI International AIDS Conference - Toronto, Canada

August 13-18

This international conference is held every other year and individuals from around the world attend this conference.  It is the only global forum for interdisciplinary discussion of key developments in the fight against HIV/AIDS.  This year’s conference will feature a number of important changes in response to the changing reality faced by those working in the field.

Global Quilt is working with the Conference local planning committee, The NAMES Project Canada, and International AIDS Prevention Initiative, to bring portions of the International AIDS Memorial Quilt to the conference.  If you are a country who has portions of their AIDS Memorial Quilt and would like to share them at this conference, we invite you to contact Global Quilt to participate.
